Thanks to my therapeutic and teaching experience, dealing with thousands of people from different cultures and countries, I have learned: acceptance, flexibility, solidarity, LOVE  and respect.

I have experienced knowing how to be happy for the simple fact of breathing, and feeling privileged to generously share everything that I am and what I have. Above all, I have learned to position myself in the face of permanent Evolution, with the curious eyes of a child, in order to "inhabit" each of the rooms of my "Inner Home". For all of the above, I have poured Knowledge and Experience into my "INNER POSITIONING" method.

My  psychotherapeutic methodology is loaded with archetypal wisdom. That is why I give thanks to life for having the great fortune that my passion is my profession, because I have been able to enthusiastically transmit all this baggage to the people I treat - both in my therapeutic consultations, and in my Coaching sessions, in the Training Courses, or in the Congresses that I attend as a speaker. One of the things that I most admire in most of the people I have come across in my profession is curiosity; that evolutionary impulse that has led them to want to know each other and go further; dare to look inside and lower the eyelashes of the heart in an act of humility to be guided in the most adventurous exploration that exists: that of oneself.

That is why I know that I can accompany you in what you are going through; whether it is a personal conflict (discomfort stemming from your negative thoughts and beliefs, a childhood trauma, the habit of screwing up your life, or all of this together), the feeling of insecurity and tension (arising from an internal environment of undervaluation and low self-esteem ) or the need to develop a business project that involves other people and the future of your organization, or even the deep desire to know your transcendent or transpersonal identity.

In any case, we will work with your breathing, your subtle energy, your system of beliefs and thoughts, your dreams, your body practice, your external behavior; using other lines and levels of integral development to gradually transform your inner house into your true home, the one in which you always feel comfortable. Only in this way will you continue to expand towards new levels of consciousness and fullness, feeling better every day. That is my vision.
